Carry is crafted using traditional leather techniques using upcycled basketball materials. More than 60% of the pouch is made from upcycled materials, from a basketball’s inner rubber bladder and an outer layer that highlights each piece’s distinctive colorway. Each piece of basketball material carries its own journey. From textures, symbols, marks, scratches, and colors, every visible detail tells the story of an athlete and their memories, a connection made possible through sustainability.

The embroidery kit includes two anatomical embroidery fabrics featuring detailed illustrations of the human circulatory and nervous systems: one showing the head and the other showing the hand.

The 2024 Taipei Marathon trophy combines sustainability with meaningful design. Made from 100% recycled ocean polystyrene, it transforms marine waste into a symbol of achievement. Inspired by whale tails and seedlings, the design represents athletes’ strength, marine conservation, hope, and renewal. Its lightweight structure also reduces transportation-related carbon emissions, reflecting the event’s commitment to both environmental and social sustainability.

COOPER Snack Container is designed for little hands to carry and store snacks with ease. Its three-point press closure provides secure storage while allowing children to practice opening and closing independently. The flat, easy-to-grip shape helps strengthen hand muscles and supports the development of fine motor skills. Its versatile design encourages children to manage their own belongings and build independence through everyday use.

Ocean Sustainability Ballpoint Pen — Made from recycled fishing nets collected in Taiwan. Through this distinctive recycled material, the pen tells the story of Taiwan as an island shaped by the ocean. Its five colors represent the changing hues of the sea throughout the day. It was also featured as an official collaboration product of last year’s Golden Horse Awards.

RE:TWIST is a circular design project that transforms discarded plastic toys and marine waste into collectible figures through recycling, redesign, and local manufacturing. Each character carries a story of luck, culture, and place, turning forgotten materials into objects with new emotional and environmental value. By combining design, education, and participation, RE:TWIST invites people to rethink waste, discover the potential of recycled materials, and join a more playful circular future.

These ornaments retain traditional patterns but are crafted using a contemporary black and white minimalist color scheme. They are a unique symbol of the Paiwan indigenous people.
