  • Registering and/or using multiple user accounts related to any activities that violate the spirit of the terms of this agreement or norms;
  • Using emulators, simulators, robots, or other similar hardware or software to use the system platform, register user accounts, or log in to user accounts;
  • Manipulating any interference with other users’ publishing behaviors; Taking any actions that would disrupt the system;
  • Taking any actions that would disrupt the system;
  • Attempting to decode, reverse engineer, dismantle, or hack into the system (or any part thereof), or attempting to crack any encryption technology or security measures taken by the system for the data transmitted, processed, or stored by the service and/or the system;
  • Collecting or gathering any information about other account holders, including but not limited to any personal information or information;
  • Uploading, emailing, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content that you do not have the right to provide under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship (such as internal information obtained or disclosed due to employment relationships and under confidentiality agreements, exclusive and confidential information);
  • Uploading, emailing, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content that infringes upon any party’s patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights;
  • Uploading, sending by email, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content without authorization or unauthorized advertisement, promotional materials, spam, advertising letters, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other unauthorized form of solicitation;
  • Uploading, sending by email, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any content intended to directly or indirectly interfere with, manipulate, disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality or integrity of any computer software, hardware, data, or communication equipment or any computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, or any other computer code, program, file, or program;
  • Interfering with, manipulating, or disrupting the system or servers or networks connected to the system or interfering with or not complying with any regulations, procedures, policies, or norms of the connected network;
  • Taking or participating in any actions or behaviors that may directly or indirectly damage, disable, overload, or degrade the system or servers or networks connected to the system;
  • Using the system to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, rules, instructions, guidelines, policies, or norms, including but not limited to any laws and regulations related to anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism (whether or not legally effective);
  • Using the system in violation or circumvention of any penalties or sanctions imposed by the US Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or its financial institutions;
  • Using the system to infringe on the privacy of others, track, or otherwise harass others;
  • Infringing on the rights of the system, including intellectual property rights and related counterfeit behaviors;
  • Using the system to collect or store personal data of other users for prohibited activities or activities.
  • Publishing items that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or using the service in a manner that infringes upon others’ intellectual property rights.

Direct violators of the above norms will have the right to be removed without prior notice by the website administrator. If a user believes that their content complies with the norms, they can file a complaint with the website administrator (sr@ddoott.com). In case of disputes regarding content, a complaint can be filed once, and relevant supporting documents must be provided. The website administrator will make the final decision within 3-5 working days after completing the review. If the information is insufficient or the complexity of the complaint varies, the review period may be longer. During the review period, if there are any business losses, Dot Design and this website are not liable for any joint responsibility.
