Terms of Use

The SR Platform is a service provided by Dot Design Co., Ltd., enabling businesses to disclose the sustainable economic value of their products on the platform for public viewing. All users of this service, upon completing registration or initiating the use of this service, are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined below:

Membership Registration

Members must be natural persons with full legal capacity, or legally registered entities or groups. They should complete the registration process, including filling out member information and providing relevant documents or data as requested during registration or authorization procedures. To provide comprehensive service, SR Platform reserves the right to use the information provided by members (such as identity or contact information), including but not limited to authorization processes, payment services, buying and selling transactions, and marketing promotions.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date and shall not register as a member on behalf of a third party. If there are any changes to the information provided by the member, they should update their information promptly. Failure to provide information promptly, failure to provide information in the specified manner, provision of incorrect or misleading information, or failure to update information promptly resulting in purchasing and authorization errors may lead SR Platform to reject or suspend part or all of the services provided to the member at any time.

Service Content

SR Platform provides members with functions such as product self-disclosure, circular expert consultation, and assistance in applying for sustainability certification. Anyone can search for and preview products on the website. We also allow anyone to produce advertisements, short films, movies, software, and other works using the “Enterprise Self-Disclosure Information” on the website, with the right to reproduce, publicly broadcast, and transmit such works.

The product self-disclosure information published on the SR Platform is provided and uploaded by members themselves. As the information published on the platform is “self-disclosed” rather than “certified information,” this service only conducts reviews for content rationality and redundancy. SR Platform makes no express or implied commitment or guarantee regarding its accuracy, legality, ownership, etc.

Fees

  • If members need to register products, they should follow the relevant website fees, and payment should be made using the payment methods provided by SR Platform.
  • SR Platform reserves the right to add, adjust, or change fee items and fee standards at any time, which will be announced on the website or notified via email.

Commitment and Liability

  • Members are obligated to properly safeguard their account and password. When using SR Platform’s related services and functions, they should log in to the system using their own member account and password and must not transfer or authorize others to use their member account in any way. All activities performed after logging into the service system using a specific account and password are presumed to be actions of the account holder themselves. If a member discovers or suspects that their account or password has been misused or used improperly by a third party, the member should immediately notify SR Platform.
  • When registering products, members must provide accurate information and must not provide false, inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information.

Suspension and Termination

  • If a member uses any form of incorrect information in an illegal or erroneous manner, distorting the original intention and value of SR Platform, SR Platform has the right to cancel their membership and terminate the authorization contract for violations of laws, infringement, or violation of member contracts or related behavioral norms. The member shall bear the corresponding compensation liability for any damage caused to SR Platform and third parties as a result.

Limitation of Liability

While SR Platform will endeavor to maintain the normal operation and security of the system and services, the service is provided as is. SR Platform makes no express or implied commitments or guarantees regarding the following matters, including but not limited to routine maintenance, service suspension or interruption due to reasons, system and data errors, specific member requirements, system and software interference, etc.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This member agreement and its related usage norms, methods, processing principles, policies, and related service instructions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
  • Disputes arising between members and SR Platform due to this service, member agreements, or related usage norms, methods, processing principles, policies, and related service instructions shall be litigated in the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.

Information Changes and Refund Policy

Since all products are registered based on annual fees, and maintaining the credibility and accuracy of product information is required, changes to product information cannot be made arbitrarily. Refunds and removals are not accepted unless significant errors are recognized by Dot Design and this website. Please understand this policy.
