PLA (corn starch resin), that can be burned without emitting toxic substances; it can be biodegraded under natural environmental condition.

產品故事
塑料產品充斥於日常生活中，造成的廢棄物已嚴重影響環境可負荷程度，RePlay透過設計及材料使用的改變，使新材料不再成為廢棄物，並以循環設計作為宗旨。

竹纖維沙灘玩具組，為DOTdesign x REnato聯名商品，並設立友善環境之新品牌RePlay進行推廣。原料採用竹纖維與天然植物澱粉製成，成分零塑膠且不含PLA(玉米澱粉樹酯)，可焚燒且不排放有毒物質；可於自然環境條件生物分解；可回收再製非食用器具，達成循環再利用的目標。

製品ストーリー
プラスチック製品が日常生活に溢れ、その廃棄物が環境への負荷を深刻化させています。RePlayはデザインと素材の工夫を通じて、新たな素材が廃棄物とならないようにし、サーキュラーデザイン（循環型デザイン）を理念としています。

竹繊維ビーチトイセットは、DOTdesign × REnatoのコラボレーション商品であり、新ブランド「RePlay」を立ち上げ、環境に優しい製品の普及を目指しています。原料には竹繊維と天然植物デンプンを使用し、プラスチックを一切含まず、PLA（ポリ乳酸）も不使用です。焼却しても有害物質を排出せず、自然環境下で生分解可能であり、リサイクルして非食用製品に再利用することができます。
