Description
HDPE pipe offcuts generated during construction are recycled and transformed into modular seating that combines aesthetic quality with public value. Inspired by the shape of a donut, the design incorporates recycled toy plastics to create distinctive textures. Its modular, disassemblable structure enables flexible use in various settings, establishing a sustainable model based on “traceable sourcing, local remanufacturing, and circular application.
將建築施工產生的 HDPE 水管餘料再生利用，轉化為兼具美學與公共價值的模組化座椅。以甜甜圈為靈感，結合再生玩具塑料創造獨特紋理，透過可拆組設計實現多元使用情境，建立「來源可追溯、在地再製、循環應用」的永續模式。
建築施工で発生する HDPE（水道管）の端材を再利用し、美しさと公共的価値を兼ね備えたモジュール式ベンチへと生まれ変わらせました。ドーナツの形から着想を得て、再生玩具プラスチックを組み合わせることで独自の質感を生み出しています。さらに、分解・組み替え可能な設計により、多様な利用シーンに対応し、「原料のトレーサビリティ、地域での再製造、循環利用」を軸とした持続可能な仕組みを構築しています。
